At SARAMONTT, we want you to love the jewellery you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom jewellery (such as name necklaces or initial pendants)

  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
